2How long does it take to get the final decision after applying for PR under express entry?
The standard processing time under Express entry is 6 months, but due to the increasing number of applications it might take more than 6 months.
3Can I extend my post graduate work permit?
No, you cannot extend the post graduate work permit, unless it comes with a condition to extend on your work permit. You can also not apply again for the same. Under some temporary public policies it can be extended, during this, social instructions are provided by the minister of immigration.
4Do you help in getting ECA/WES done?

5I want to invite my parents to visit me in Canada, but I am a temporary resident, can I get a visitor visa for my parents?
